With an analysis, runner's movements can be slowed down to a frame-by-frame process to assess the motion of each foot contact as well as ankle and knee placement while running. 

From here I'm able to pinpoint the cause of pain and other possible factors contributing to the current and future hot spots.

​I work one on one with the clients, as well as virtually, improving their perception of  movement. They engage and pass through forms that will encourage vertical alignment (no more striking) and allow gravity and rotation torque to do the work.
