Run For It~ What's Your It

​Happy Monday Everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful mother's day full of family and fun! I was lucky enough to join my run club on the sunniest day of our month here (we refer to our weather as "May Grey" This time of year.) I have a SUPER exciting announcement! I have just a few more bags left from our Mud Run Obstacle course event. As you can see they're super cute and would also make a great grab bag for any runner! But there's even more. Sometimes in our training we can lose our focus OR motivation.

"Why am I out here...again?!...Why am I doing this?, I'd rather be asleep!"

Sound familiar? That's why it's SO important to establish your why, or in this case your it? What is your It? Why do you run ?

Maybe it's to be faster...stronger.. to feel good? To feel? To prove you can? For a cause? To Eat Pizza!

Mine? To Fly..I've always wanted to be a fast runner because I love having the wind in my hair.

How do you get one of these cute bags? For the next two weeks I want you to post on your social media your IT. A picture of you running or you with your IT or a picture describing your IT. THEN tag me in your post @redheadrunner_hpc and I'll then draw 4 people's names to receive one of these bags (including some running nutrition) and you can show your crew what your IT is :)
