Let's face it, we're busy. Our responsibilities are endless with Jobs, home, social life, kids, etc etc We don't always have time to make it to the gym. Here are some of my favorite websites/videos I use when I only have 30-45 minutes to feel the burn.
1. Rebecca Louise Fitness Videos
Her videos are quick and effective. I do 2 of her ab videos 3 times a week and saw a HUGE difference just after 2 weeks. She has a ton of other free videos that are easy to do in your home sans weights. For 3.99 you can get a 30 day workout calendar for her videos on youtube.com
All you need is a workout mat and a youtube view device and you'll be feeling the burn. #Ifeeltheburnrebecca
2. Pop Sugar Fitness
Click here for a 200 rep, 15 Minute video I LOVE to do. Popsugar FItness is a great website. Not only do they have fitness, quick to read fitness information but they also feature articles on nutrition as well.
3. Nike Training App
This app is both for the android and apple user. It's a free app that is great for pre-made workouts. Some use weights, however most use body weight. It has videos alongside each workout so the moves are easy to follow along. Just push play and you're ready to get your sweat on.
4. Yoga With Adriene
This is another one of my favorite channels I LOVE to use when I need to get a yoga session in. Her videos are great and she has a great personality.
