John Muir was ahead of his time and a huge advocate for respecting the wilderness, keeping it around for generations and generations to explore. We live such busy lives that involve money, jobs, and "keeping up with the Jones's. " Why? Why do we participate in what has always been done and instead remove ourselves from the trends? What has always been done doesn't have to dictate our lives. To live a simple life is to disconnect and reconnect with our most true inner self.
Running gets me on the boardwalk next to the beach
Biking gets me into the valleys and from city to city without being in a metal box
Swimming gets me one on one with nature's animals (hopefully the ones that DON'T BITE)
And Hiking gets me out of the city and into the mountains.
Reconnect with what is natural and take a walk in the woods.
I'm passionate about running, fitness, nutrition and all things that make me and everyone else a better version of ourselves.
