CERTIFICATIONS: THE READY STATE 101 AND 102 CROSSFIT LEVEL 1 POSE METHOD RUNNING TECHNICIAN
Recent achievements include completing the Boston Marathon, Santa Rosa Ironman, multiple 50K trail races, and multiple Half Ironmans. In addition to her Crossfit Level 1 certification, she has become a Pose Method Certified Technique Specialist as well as a The Ready State Coach, a program specializing in helping people with their movement, mobility, and recovery.
Using the education from these programs she can help runners run more efficiently and pain-free. Her goal is to develop a community-wide program that educates runners on efficient running mechanics, a proper mobility practice, and strength and conditioning, within a fun group setting. She believes that whether you're an avid runner or beginner, injury prevention and superior movement can be achieved by implementing all of these three components into daily training.
